Our commitment to community empowerment is not just theory — it’s personal. Today, we proudly employ two single mothers who have found not only work but purpose through our initiatives.

We’ve also supported a young girl named Shuvai — her name means “make a wish.” Through our school assistance programme, we’ve helped cover her monthly fees as she completes her Grade 1 in Epworth as of October 2025. Her journey embodies the hope and transformation we strive to inspire in every life we touch.

Our Vision for 2030

By the year 2030, Bob Wealth Advisory aims to expand its community impact through measurable, sustainable initiatives that empower Zimbabweans to thrive financially, mentally, and socially.

Financial Literacy for All

To launch structured financial literacy and savings education programmes in local communities, beginning with pilot workshops in Epworth and Mabvuku by 2027.

Wellness & Balance

To integrate financial wellness with mental health awareness through community talks and small-group wellness sessions by 2028.

Mentorship & Opportunity

To establish a mentorship pipeline that links young professionals and students to financial and career guidance by 2030. This network of aspiring professionals along with industry titans will allow
